Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic is served over TLS; data at rest is encrypted by our cloud provider. Not client-side end-to-end encryption — the service can read your records to serve them back to you.
Workspace-scoped access
Every workspace is bound to its owner's account. You see your records; other customers cannot.
Your data, exportable
Records can be exported as CSV at any time. Cancel and your archive comes with you.
No third-party trackers on your records
The workspace pages don't load third-party analytics or advertising scripts against your collection data.

What does Aurelian actually do today?

Aurelian is a private workspace for cataloguing works, recording their basic details and status, and keeping a client register in one place. Can I import my existing spreadsheet?

CSV import is planned as part of onboarding. In the meantime, records can be added directly through the workspace and exported at any time.
Is my data private and exportable?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest through our cloud provider, and every workspace is scoped to its owner's account. Records can be exported at any time; if you cancel, your archive comes with you.
