Feature

Clienteling App for Luxury Sales Associates

A clienteling app has to work where the associate works: on the floor, at a client's home, on the train between the fair and the office. Aurelian's clienteling app runs on desktop, tablet, and phone with the same client book — no separate mobile database, no sync gaps.

What it does

The associate's book, on any device

Every client card — sizes, preferences, family notes, purchase history, upcoming occasions — accessible from desktop in the office and iPad on the floor.

Follow-up prompts

72-hour thank-you, 90-day review, anniversary invitation. Scheduled automatically per client tier; visible in the associate's calendar.

Purchase history at a glance

Every piece the client owns, when they bought it, from whom, at what price. Repeat orders reference the exact prior specification.

Segmented outreach

Filter by brand affinity, spend band, geography, or event preference. Trunk shows reach the right thirty collectors, not the two hundred names on the general list.

Access control

Top-tier client records visible only to their assigned associate and management. Full audit on every read.

Who uses this

Luxury boutique sales floor

Each associate owns a book. Handovers preserve full history. New associates ramp on the same platform.

Private jeweller with 200 collectors

Every anniversary and milestone is a scheduled prompt. Repeat commissions compound year on year.

Gallery collector team

Each collector's interest history and viewing-room engagement feeds the next-show follow-up.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is there a native iOS or Android app?

Aurelian runs as a web app that installs to the home screen and works offline for reading. Native mobile apps are on the roadmap; the web experience is already optimised for iPad and phone.

How is this different from a CRM?

A CRM tracks a sales pipeline; clienteling tracks a lifetime relationship. Aurelian is built around cadence, discretion, and lifetime memory — not deal stages.

Can we control what junior staff see?

Yes. Role-scoped access means top clients are visible only to their assigned associate and management. Junior staff see what they need to serve, nothing more.
